- Service & Labor Guarantee
We guarantee that our plumbers will act in a professional manner at all
times, are drug free, and will clean up after our work is done prior to
leaving your home. If for some unexpected reason, you are not 100%
satisfied with our service, we will make up to three attempts to rectify
the situation. If you are still not satisfied by our third attempt, we
will refund your money.
Equipment & Fixture
Guarantee
We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have supplied
(purchased by Ace Empire Plumbing & Solar) and installed in your home
will perform to your satisfaction. If any equipment or plumbing fails
during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace
the item at no charge to you. Any fixture faucet or valve that needs
repairing over three times in one year will be replaced. No questions!!!
Our water heaters come with either a 6-9-12 year warranty on parts and
labor according to which warranty plan you purchased. Water heaters are
transferable within the first two years on a 6-9 year warranty. Our 2
year warranty is 100% transferable for the balance of the warranty.

Whole House Re-Piping Guarantee
We guarantee that your whole house re-piping project will be completed
on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for
a period of 10 years. If your pipes fail at any time during that period
(excluding acts of God, riots or war) we will repair the failure free of
charge. We guarantee that our materials used are as specified and up to
the code in your area. And we guarantee to protect and restore the
condition of your home. All warranties are transferable up to five
years.
